Let’s Get Up!, his latest fitness creation is different than anything he’s done in the past. He has taken his passion for dance and love of fitness and mashed them together to create an at-home workout program that is fun, effective, and high energy!
I had the opportunity to test out a Sample Workout in the Fall of 2020 (which you can try now too, keep scrolling to access it!!) and I can describe it as hip-hop dance moves mixed with a little Insanity. It was super fun and the time just flew by!

What type of workout is Let’s Get Up!?
To be honest, it’s a little bit of everything — everything that Shaun T is known for wrapped up into one program and designed for all fitness levels. We’re talking:
- Fun cardio dance workouts that will get your heart rate up.
- Bodyweight resistance training to help build strength.
- Even INSANITY-inspired moves set to music (one of my favorite programs)!
- Plus rhythmic stretching to help you gain flexibility & and help your body recover.
So, if you get bored easily and crave variety in your workout, this program is made for you!
Did the words “dance workout” put you off of this program?
Honestly, dance workouts aren’t usually my thing either. But this program is doing TWO things that make it feel like something more achievable for the coordination-challenged people out there.
Shaun T & his team have created their own music with the dance sets in the lyrics! Think the Cha Cha Slide but cooler. Lol! (You’ll have to watch the video above to hear an example.)
There’s a preview of the upcoming move at the bottom of the screen. That way you can know what’s coming and prepare… and not end up tripping over your own feet trying to get into sync with the workout.
What equipment will you need for Let’s Get Up?
One of the great things about this program is the minimal equipment required:
Cardio Dance & Bodyweight Training Equipment:

Resistance Workouts Equipment:
- Light & Medium Dumbbells*
