What is Morning Meltdown 100 (aka MM100)?

Jericho, Beachbody’s red headed dynamo, with her new at home fitness program is going to help you unlock the very best version of yourself. How? Well, by helping you achieve an incredible goal of completing 100 workouts! Yes, 100!

From high-intensity cardio and strength-training to recovery and mobility workouts, these 20-30 minute routines are designed to blast fat, build strength, and leave you feeling strong and accomplished.

Another unique feature is that all workouts are set to a heart-pumping playlist mixed by a LIVE DJ. OHHH that’s NEW! Between the DJ’s upbeat mixes and Jericho’s infectious energy, you’ll have all the motivation you need to give your morning sweat session your all.

Is working out in the morning a program requirement?

No, absolutely not! That said, if you can squeeze it into your morning routine, like I did I when I started by journey, then DO IT! You will feel the difference. Now, if you just cannot make it happen, working out in the evening is better than not doing it at all!

Another perspective — working out in the morning will help rev up your metabolism and help you burn fat throughout the rest of the day! You will also be focused on making better food choices, too.

What is the Morning Meltdown 100 meal plan?

There haven’t been any specific mention of the nutrition plan, but I think it’s safe to assume that the Ultimate Portion Fix and/or 2B Mindset will be incorporated!

What equipment is needed?

Based on what we can see in the Morning Meltdown 100 preview, I’m guessing:

  • 3 Sets of Weights (Light/Medium/Heavy)
  • Fitness or Yoga Mat

But again, I’ll keep you posted when I find out the specific required equipment!

Who is this program for?


Based on what we can see in the video, this program looks like it’s designed for all fitness levels. While it may be more challenging than a beginner program, here will be modifyers you can follow (see more about that below) to make each exercise work for you.

Honestly, I can’t think of a better beginner program than one that forces you to make a 100-day commitment to yourself. Because changing your mindset and learning to make this a lifestyle (not just a quick-fix) takes time!

If there a modifier option available?

Absolutely! From what I heard, there will be 3 different modifications available to help make the exercise work for YOU and your fitness level.

What will the workouts be like?

The Morning Meltdown 100 workouts are well-rounded honestly include a little bit of everything:

  • HIIT
  • Body weight training
  • Strength training
  • Balance and stability
  • Mobility, flexibility

I have found that when a fitness program provides a ton of variety, it will help prevent hitting plateaus and avoid boredom. WIN-WIN!

When does the program release?

Morning Meltdown 100 is being released in 2 phases:

July 29th–Sept. 30th: Starting July 1st Early Access to the program will be on sale on, and will be available to stream on Beachbody On Demand starting July 29th.

Oct. 1st: Morning Meltdown 100 will go LIVE to all Beachbody On Demand subscribers starting October 1st.
