I have been receiving signs in the last few days which have confirmed what I’m feeling and what I’ve been called to do.

To serve. To lead with love. To be the light. To help shift mindsets. To make you laugh. To highlight gratitude. To bring people together. To share my faith. To encourage YOU through these uncertain times!

With that being said, I have decided to give you the gift of fitness and community. Here are FREE sample workouts that you can do at home while we are actively “social distancing” ourselves. I have sorted the workouts from beginner at the top to the most advanced at the bottom. Duration times and equipment needs also included!

I have also included a link to free kid-friendly workouts you can do with your kids from home. Call it a family-friendly P.E. lesson!

I really want you to know that you are not alone. We are in this together and we will get out of it together!  in the meantime, let’s move, sweat, and stay active!
